2026 Vendor Applications available 10/1/25

Thank you for being a part of the 2025 Sawtooth Festival For Art, Crafts, and Food. 

2026 Applications open October 1, 2025

• No pets allowed in the festival
• No smoking/vaping except in designated areas 
• No outside food or beverage
• WIFI or banking not available
• More details on set-up and clean-up and operation rules information will be communicated via email after application approval.  
• All vendors will have to pay City Option Tax.
• Each food vendor will need a temporary food permit (Deadline for permit from health department is June 1st).
• Each alcohol vendor will need to have a catering permit through the City of Stanley ($20/day) (Deadline for permit from City is June 15th).
